www.bodegaskateboards.com Jim Grant and Josh Arnold left CT at 3:00am one morning in february 2009. It was a 21 hour skate road trip to visit tom kozak in tampa florida. Jim and josh drove through nyc and made their first stop at FDR skatepark, which was made famous by bam margera and kerry getz. Its the one under the bridge in Philadelphia Pennsylvania. It was still early in the morning and it had been raining. The park was a bit wet, so they were only able to sesh the peanut bowl, which is brand new and fucking sick!! They then bounced out of their after an hour and continued on their trip. The next stop was Balitmore maryland. By this time it was mid day and traffic was bad and there were alot of people and security guards and few bums. Jim and josh skated a few different spots one of which was a dope lil bank. After skating and getting kicked out of a few other spots they kept driving. They eventually reached georgia and decided to call up one of their buddys who lived there. Their friend Lanze Spears let them sleep for a couple hours in Savannah. But not before they went and skated The Yard. The Yard is a secret backyard ramp in the ghetto. It was dope though there was lights. Its basically a huge mini ramp with some ledges/hubbas and a spine. After skating tranny there for a bit they crashed at lanzes. The next day they continued there trip to tampa. When They arrived Tom Kozak was already down to skate. So they hopped in the car and and drove another lil ways to ...
