EDIT2 - Some of the members involved in this have since come forward. There will likely be no official reprimands, save for "dont do it again"... which I'm ok with as the video wasnt intended to cause any strife. The CPS do a good job in the city for the most part and this video was an exception .... but a damn funny one! For those asking, this was recorded on a simple dash cam bought on ebay for 150$. Stores data on a SDHC card. GPS and EDR built in. It stores GPS waypoint data that can be plotted on a google map. My next dash cam will be dual front/rear. .................... EDIT - I have been contacted by the CPS asking for the date/time of the video. Because this video was meant for amusement, I dont want to get anyone specific in trouble. Needless to say, the members in this scene KNOW who they are and will pick their spots better next time. ALSO, many people in Calgary have been ticket for street racing/stunting doing this EXACT THING (and staying under the limit), so I leave it up to the CPS to think about that. ---------------------------------------------------- Tim Hortons (or TH) - its a race for the warmest, freshest donuts! These cops are having a little harmless fun in the dead of night...... ....Here in Canada, TH is a fav for many law enforcement members because you can SEE the food they make in front of you (subway too) ... no "spit soup" in other words... so its not ALL about the donuts. ................................
